New language (Norwegian nynorsk)

Greetings!

I would like to propose a new language translation for Discord. That being Norwegian nynorsk, which is our other language used alongside Norwegian bokmål. Bokmål is currently the only one available on Discord. Something that surprises me is that even Microsoft and Minecraft: Java edition both have Nynorsk translations, but Discord is yet to have it implemented. I would like to make this request on behalf of myself and the rest of the Nynorsk/Høgnorsk community of Norway. We are more than happy to help make the translation if that would be helpful.
