Not replying to my appeal

At this point discords support is ridiculous I've been waiting 4 days for a real human to review my appeal; about my account being disabled for “fraud” because my bank charged back some nitro.

Horrible support for a chatting company, I'm about to lose all of my memories that I made on discord in the past 3 years and I feel complete helpless. Did anyone go through this? Did they give your your account back?

    Many ppl have waited for 10 days while putting an appeal, and have got there acc back. Rn im on day 10 so I hope to get it soon.

    Yeah I heard someone got their acc back in 5 days so im hoping discord picks up the slack and actually responds soon

    4 days is not unusual for any sort of digital support ticket, sorry to say.
