Age lock and the stress that comes with it

hey hey my account was disabled at night due to violating age guidelines, apparently I'm under 16/17 and I'm 20. All my life documents etc are on my account, what can I do apart from sending a ticket to support, out of stress I sent 3 at night. Also on 22/09, the Nitro Discord which I really care about is being renewed, does anyone have any advice?

    U have to send one ticket and wait. I waited for 11 days and got my acc back just today

    Make a billing support ticket that tells them that you want the nitro to be cancelled, remember to send tickets but not too many as it will push you farther down the list. It takes time but if it’s take too much time send a follow up ticket.

    So it's best to leave these 3 tickets and wait for an answer?

    Yes, if they don’t response within a week maybe send a follow up, I’m still waiting for my account and it’s been 5 days.

    It’s likely a bug or session timeout, especially if no unusual devices or activity were found in your account. Sometimes Discord can log you out if there's a connection issue or a temporary glitch. To be safe, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and monitor your account for any further suspicious activity.
