Falsely banned

I've had a clear record with Discord since I began using it at 13, and it has been 4 years since (with me recently turning 17). The other day, I was banned out of the blue for breaking of TOS. Despite this, nothing was apparently removed, I can't tell if I'm temp/perma banned because it says both, I was never given warning, etc. So far, I've received no engagement from an actual human reviewer, with Clyde being the only one. I can try and log in when it says I'm just temp banned, and it'll let me begin to load in, only for it to shut me down. I've opened up several tickets in the past few days to no avail. Discord lets numerous pedophiles onto the site and does nothing about it, only to wrongly ban people who have done no harm to anyone. In fact, I was groomed when I was younger and reported it, only for Discord to do nothing. I've accepted that fact and healed, but at this point I'm tired and just want my account back so I can speak with my friends. I hope that making this post finally bumps me up somehow to human attention.

    Have you gotten a response yet? I got suspended for the same reason/cause. I've been really intense these past few days with no answer yet.

    No response, I've sent in 6 tickets over the past 4 days and received nothing from an actual person :/

    Contacted them on twitter as well, nothing from support there either.

    yeah i'm trying, just impatient as hell and anxious. the fact it's been 5 days with nothing from support while most other socials get back much sooner is just annoying

    Been 6 days since the first ticket now and I've gotten nothing lmao, even Clyde isn't getting back to my follow-up tickets.
