Latest UI change of stable 382201

This latest change makes everything worse. The text in chats appears blurry and harder to read; the contrast and color saturation (even at 100 %) in the Ash theme is muted for no reason; the entire Dark theme is a massive strain on the eyes; channel categories are now smaller than channels under the categories; the message spacing wastes a ton of space, even at Compact UI density, compact chat message display; the now floating functions panel (currently played game, account, headset muting, settings button) is confusing and the floating serves no purpose as text from channels in the panel does not flow behind it; the bar at the bottom that shows currently typing people lost some pixels in height, which makes it harder to read.

The entire design makes everything harder to use and makes usability worse than before.
