Bring back the server and Chat view in the Overlay!!!
So, someone at Discord HQ decided it was a good idea to remove the ONLY feature, which made the overlay useful. This new and to be fair, good looking, Overlay is now completely and utterly useless to me, and many other people that i know (that also involves Deaf people who relied on this).
I guess im back to ALT+TAB out of the game to check my chats.

Totally agree, I have speech troubles and I used overlay text chat on a regular basis to communicate in games. Updated overlay limited to voice chat and notifications only, and this is not an accessibility improvement, but in fact the opposite.
So far I see two options for solving this - either text chat should be integrated into the new overlay, or the legacy overlay setting should remain as a permanent option.
