Voice Channel background changed to a moving/breathing purple-blue light, can't revert??

Dear Discord Support Team, 

Before the latest update the empty voice channel color was just a regular black screen. This was nice and cool, as one of my monitors is specially reserved for Discord use. However, now there is this new purple-blue breathing light that is extremely distracting and annoying. I want to bring back the old fully black background for the voice channel, but I don't find how. Please help find the setting to return the fully black background of the voice channel.
