Priority Speaker for Voice Activity input mode

Priority Speaker is great feature but being limited by being only usable in push to talk mode Adding a keybind for it to work in Voice Activity mode would be allow people would be able to take full advantage of the feature

    This would be an incredibly welcome decision. It doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to implement either. maybe like 8 story points max

    I would be floored to get this feature as a raid leader. I don't want to be on PTT and usually it's only required like before a boss pull to get peoples attention back on the fight but it would be amazing!

    For this exact purpose, I made a Windows app that presses your push-to-talk key based on voice activity. Just set the PTT key to your priority speaker key, configure your mic and off you go :)
