Make the .gifv and .webm file format links work like gifs, play the animation without having to open the original URL

It's marked as completed, but is it really? Gifs grom gfycat don't work :(

.webm's don't seem to be a good format for this, because there are a ton of.webm's out there that are meant to be videos and not GIFs.
