Allow admin to see multi accounts users

Hi !

When you are moderating a huge server, lot of users create many accounts so that they can troll again and again, even banned : they use vpn to create new account, then coming back with regular ip.
In this case, ban ip is no efficient at all.

I perfectly understand not showing ip adress is important regarding to confidentiality

This is why a "matching list account" would be very usefull to see which account is related to which one.
For example : account A shares ip, or email, or number phone, or adress mac with account B.
No need to know specificly what it is about, just to know they are related somehow.
Then if account A is banned, you can decide to ban account B and C too :D

Of course, trolls will always find others solutions (a vpn 100% time), but at least, we can avoid most of them and help moderators to keep them away longer from their servers ^^
