Enable the NSFW toggle for voice channels

On our Discord server we have been discussing ways to ensure that minors accessing our server are safeguarded from content that might be deemed as inappropriate for their age. Accordingly, we have defined relevant channels using the NSFW feature that is currently in the product. This gives the client a fair warning that they enter at their own risk.

What we also wanted to do is to do this with the voice channels. Thus far we enabled restrictions using permissions and roles so as to regulate access to certain channels. However, people have been known to lie about their age (surprising!) and we are concerned about the potential liability that this places on the group and the server owner.

With this in mind, we wondered about the feasibility of adding the NSFW toggle and configurable warning for the voice channels as well.
