Disable streamer mode for specific servers

I was hoping for specific servers either in server settings or account settings (or both).

Server setting: Give permission to share stream depending on roles permissions. 
(ex. when a new user who joins a discord and is streaming dose not have their streaming mode features displayed when you click on them)

Account settings: The ability to click and choose which servers you would like your streamer settings to take effect on.
