It would be cool to be able to define for a role the power to put or not this role and not the roles that are following.

Basically when we activate the permissions manage the roles we can only add or not the people who are below this role.

Exemple :

- Roles : Moderator - Can Manage Roles
- Roles : Helper

So the moderator role can assign the helper role to everyone.

  No, currently when you have permission to manage the roles you can only manage the roles below you and I propose that we can define to a role the permission to manage this or that role but not the roles as a following.
