Allow muting members from Chat

I am a regular (not mod/admin) user of a server, in that server one member pings a "role" e.g. @plebs, thus I can suppress it, my workaround for other people is to mute that person by right clicking their name from the sidebar and checking mute. The issue is this person is always "invisible", so I cant see their name on the side bar (more than 100 people, so offline people don't show). A way to fix this would be to also show the mute user checkbox when their name is right clicked from the chat.
