Add a customizable clock to the Discord Overlay

It is often helpful to know what time it is simply by viewing an overlay in-game rather than having to tab out of a game to view the time.

    um, this already exist. It is called the Bot O'clock for game server times
    , HAD a BOT for this but I see it stopped working a couple weeks ago and now has been removed. Back to the drawing board, lol.
