Option to blur images in NSFW channels

An option in settings that when enabled, makes all images blurred in NSFW channels unless the user hovers their mouse over it.

  Skype has a feature where users can hide messages of any type. Now that you mention it I'm surprised this wasn't a day one feature on Discord.
