New channel member reading old messages

Make a channel feature to switch on or off the ability to read back messages older than your join date of that channel.

This stops issues of people scanning back and finding that a member said something bad about them a year ago and creating drama and problems

One of out channels we have a separate role to it and we like to add trusted people to it. Sometimes people say things in confidence knowing that no one will ever see them. Private information kept between friends can be shared if you know no one new could read back to see it.'
