Add in "settings mention" Input to mention the text that the person wrote

If a person writes in "Settings mention" the text "Hiring" which calls urgent text! If another user writes a message with the text "Hiring", he immediately mentions the person who wrote the text in the settings that he should be mentioned.

  I don't really understand this. Do you mean it would ping a person or a group of people each time someone writes a certain word?
