First Day Experience with NITRO

I joined NITRO today and wanted to share my experience. I joined NITRO to play Zombs Royale and was disappointed to discover there are NO Instructions! I play on my desk top and just assumed (my mistake) there would be some type of instructions. Instead I am just dropped into battle and apparently have to figure everything out for myself? Even You Tube videos assume you know the basics, but I do not know the basics. I found a discord channel but you ask one question then wait and sift thru all the answers and conversations hoping someone responded? IF that is all the help there is - then that is awful.

Next I tried to play 20XX but was told a needed to purchase a special type of game controller. Gosh I wish I had know that before I paid $9.99!

Then I downloaded Tower Fall Ascension and was ONLY able to get to the title screen! After pressing every keyboard key I could & playing with the mouse I was never able to get pass the title screen. No instructions there also and apparently (guessing) need a special (something or tool) to play as keyboard & mouse does not work. So more frustration.

So far all I have had is frustration after frustration.

I have been a member for ONE day and have already cancelled my membership. I am a retired CPA and former management consultant and am amazed at your marketing strategy. Well you got my $10 but it's a shame because I was willing to spend a great deal more IF I could find some entertainment. Apparently that was too much to ask? No instructions, no help and games that don't work.
