Chat Formatting Seletion Button?

Sometime I like to add a bold here and there into my conversation. It spices up my speech. But, oh dear me. I am very forgetful and sometime misplace the command for it. Could you possibly add maybe a Button/DropDownMenu/Tab/CRTthingy. I would be very grateful.
