I think there are many websites and bussiness would like pay for add webview tab, like adding a channel, where server owner link their web page, then their members don't have to leave discord to read web content managed by the server owner.

First off all, Discord will never implement advertising into their own application (as i think what you mean) and Developers, who would like to sell their products on discord, can purchase a developer license for 20$ so they can do so on their own Discord server.
So adding something like Discord Business would almost make no difference than the developer license.

Adding an extra Webview inside of discord would be useless as well because i see no purpose in it. Instead just opening the browser by clicking a link is enough.

Ok, right now any way can place redirect link inside of channel, or in the server menu list?
And my suggestion is not related to advertising feature, is tool for business owner(or community web) that want to use discord to engage their members or customers.

Yes, at least let place a pinned message that let members click and redirect to server website.

This require play code to set up? Or only features that will be enabled with the license? Because I'm not coder.

Now I know I can use markdown create the link, and pin the message.
My suggestion in this streat is something like Whatsapp Bussiness, Facebook Group and wechat commerce account, tools for business, not only gamers...0
