[Not important]/[Except] mentions

It would be good if there could be an opportunity to send a message with "mention" that wont raise a notification.

Situation #1: You have a 'work discord server' and your colleague John is in a meeting. But you've found an ultra-cute pic of a kitty that you want to share. Also you know, that nobody turns off notifications in this chat.

And you just post this pic with
@ni (not important)
so John won't be disturbed.

Situation #2: Maybe this ultra-cute kitty pic is insanely-ultra-cute and it IS important to draw attention of everybody except John.
