Adjust scroll lines per 1 scroll

Because I have a Zowie gaming mouse with the terrible scroll wheel, I have increased my Windows 10 mouse scroll setting from 3 lines to 10 lines to make web page navigating acceptable.

In Discord this translates so that I can't navigate the role settings because it scrolls over them. Discord becomes partially unusable. Give an option for this or just make it scroll less.
