Hide Banner (and possible future Nitro Boost content)

The idea is simple.  With the additions of Banners on servers comes more clutter on the screen.  Sure it looks nice and some people like it but I and likely others like the simple dark theme (or light for the few of you).

 

I'd like to see a way to hide the "flare" material for banners on Nitro servers like the banner and future Nitro content by an account or client side basis.  This assuming I'm NOT the server owner.

    I don't know if its just me, but I also noticed that if the banner is visible the Discord app itself starts to lag a bit. Seeing as I have 24 GBs of RAM I really doubt its the problem with my PC. Also it doesn't happen with servers without a banner.

    Agreed. The UI is already cluttered enough without a non-style conformant element slapped on.
