1 boost should give you Level 1 Nitro Boost and concerns

i think the nitro boost is a great idea but it is elitist. Those that can afford it. I run a game community but the majority of our players are unemployed or simply can't plug extra money in - we donate games and sometimes that is the only game a player will have for long time.

I understand the marketing value in nitro-boosting but would be good to see if we could actually benefit gamers without excluding them due to their circumstance. There is no way we will get 10 boosts on our server at 1 given time and feel that this could potentially alienate gamers. 

I am also concerned that we may loose members to better quality server in terms of sound as the tiers suggest a higher quality sound server through tier 1-3. I have also seen a drastic decline in our server voice recently and can only suspect this might be down to nitroboosting but could be a coincidence however some of our gamers can't use discord when playing some games and have experienced drops in sound.

What could be an idea is a loyalty system. Maybe if you boost a server for X months you get a permanent boost? i.e. Boosted 6months get 1 boost permanent. This might be more palatable in getting that extra boost to tier 1.Thoughts?
