Never expire invites expiring

For some reason when I set an invite to never expire and go to copy the invite, it comes up as a new invite that is not set as never expire. Can someone help me with this issue?

    I go to copy the invite after I have clicked out of the invite link box and when I do it it shows up as a new link.
