quote/link to pins

if we cant have direct quoting or linking to earlier posts, we should at least get the ability to do so with messages that have already been pinned.

sometime the pins get really full but a lot of the stuff there is important and should be easier to reference rather than having someone dig deep to see it.

or at least let us search the pins. just the pins.
