Have Emoji Zoom seperate from Text Zoom

I can read smaller text just fine, but would like the option to make Emotes as big as possible, mostly so I can see what custom Emotes are even supposed to be. My options are to either make normal text cartoonishly big, or make emojis horrifically small. Alternatively, have Emotes blow up on mouse over, as has been previously suggested.
