Nitro boosting for stable Servers

Hello,

I've checked and doesn't found the suggestion, so here it is:

I don't need 384 Kbps audio quality when everyone sounds like a robot 'cause the Servers are down. In my community wiht 400+ active people it's sometimes a pain in the ass to sit in voice and only hear rapping dubstep robots. The admins aren't there 24/7 and so it is not possible to change the region every few hours (some weeks there is no problem and then are there days where you have to change it every 3 hours...).

So my wish would be just more stable servers for the boosted (I don't care which Level, would suggest 2).
