I think folders should expand in a ring when clicked instead of creating a dropdown list. Currently we have to scroll down through a folder exactly the same way we would originally have had to scroll through servers. Still doesn't feel good (imo). Maybe give options on how folders are opened?

 

Another QoL could be to have an option to enable hover over folder to expand servers.
