Banning emojis from a specific server

I would like a feature on Discord where the mod/admin could ban emojis from a specific server. For example, a nitro member uses an emoji from another server and that emoji is not acceptable in the server (flashing or nsfw emojis), the mod/admin then will have an option to ban any or all emojis coming from that specific server. I know there are multiple servers that were created for the purpose of having those emojis so it would be easier to manage if we have that option to ban those emojis. I don't want to ban all external emojis, just the ones from a specific server.
