weird nitro gift links

this is something i've started seeing more and more, nitro gift links with crazy expiration times, and that are missing the https:// at the beginning. my suspicion is that these are codes generated by some program but i dont really know how this works, could someone please tell me whats up?

    its just a bug or something, someone messed around with the gift code but its not something crazy illegal since you can’t claim it

    No but these links that i have seen are claimable. bright green accept button and everything
