Can there be an option to disable the sparkle effect around the emoji button

I don’t see the point to this unnecessary animation of a sparkle. I know the emoji button is there. It’s weird having something animated in a message screen. I don’t know why, but it really makes me anxious and feels completely unnecessary. Or at least give us an option to disable it.

  If you click on it, it will go away. Its like a "new" notification with a bit of pizaz
