Help! I cannot login to my old account

Hello
I'm trying to login to my old account cat#0034 and I get a message saying I must check my email to verify.
However I have lost the password of that email and there is no way I can access that email anymore.
If I had known about this 'new location check your email' thing I would have saved the password of my email back then.

Is there any way I can login to my old discord account? Without logging in to my email which I can't?
I have to contact my old friends! I still have the password of my discord account.
