my discord sound is disable to someone else

i'm using parsec to play local co-op game with friend. but suddenly he can't hear my voice. i tried reboot discord, and reboot my computer. it doesn't work. and i asked my friend to reboot the computer, and discord. it doesn't work too. discord was fine. and my mic was fine. i delete parsec, and reinstalling discord. my friend do the same thing. but not worked.
other friends said they could hear me well, but he said he couldn't hear me. how do i fix it?
