Allow users to block seeing certain users messages without blocking them outright

I have many issue where someone just tends to post a lot of cringe and I want to block seeing the messages they post but I don't necessarily want to block them as people. Could you please add some kind of middle ground?

  Example would be they could still pm me or if they needed to get a hold of me.
