Account Disabled. Need It Back Urgently!!

My account was disabled for reasons that were unclear. I have emailed the team and they are literally deleting my account with two years's worth of info. I think it is unfair as I stated in the email I didn't know what I did was wrong. I think I know now but the email makes it very...not so clear...as to what I did.

I took part in a raid a while back but I regret that and if that's what you are upset about then I won't do it again. My username was fern#6890. To me this count is REALLY IMPORTANT! It has contacts for relatives who I cannot contact anywhere else, and IMPORTANT INFO on stuff I had stored there using links. It has a lot that I urgently need. Urgently.  Please do something, discord!! I really need it and I promise not to violate the guidelines!

Also, word of advice, but the TOS and guidelines on the same page. I am not used to the new update so I assume what I did violated that. I  will not do that all again just please give me my account back! It is also sentimental to me...someone I was friends with who passed on is in my DMs...
