Suggestion: Adding ability to block webhooks.

I saw someone made a similar suggestion two years ago but there has been no response.

There are certain bots that let users talk in webhooks like this and it gets quite spammy. It even shows messages of blocked users. Please let us block webhooks that we don't want to see :/
