Allow Certain people to pass the do not disturb status / Best Friends Feature for Nitro

Would it be hard to just add a best friend feature that will allow people to break through the do not disturb status? That way we do not have to deal with spam from randoms, but still, know when getting a message from someone who we actually want to message. I know this has been posted a few times in the past, but I mean it's not a bad idea. Make it where it has to be a mutual thing. I know you could just say why not turn on the "only friends can message me thing", but sometimes I may not want to get messaged by anyone, but 1 or 2 people. I may have discord not open, but it is running in my system tray, I will be on do not disturb, but if someone I do not want to miss a message from hits me up I want to see it. My problem is that I do not use other messaging apps to talk to people I only use discord, I could give this person my number, but they are in Canada and I am in America, and they do not want to pay the dumb fees that come with international texting even if we only live 3 hours from each other. We both like to sit on do not disturb, but miss each other's messages when playing games or just not having discord open fully, and this would make it 100x's easier to reply on time. I am sure people may not have the same reasons as me, but I am sure they have good reasons for wanting this also. You can even make it where at least one of the people has to have discord nitro for it to work to help sell it more. I.e I have nitro so I can have 3 people under the best friend tag, they can only have one person if they do not have nitro, but they can not be the one to send the request and have to be the one to receive it.
