[Feature Request] Hide This Preview

Feature Description: An item in the right-click context menu, when clicking on an Image Preview or Video Preview (or even a full text post), which simply says "Hide This". When selected, it covers the Preview (or Post) in question in a way similar to a Spoiler, but only for you, on your client-side, and 'remembers' that it is hidden so that when you leave and come back it remains hidden. Potentially also an 'Unhide' feature as well to reverse this choice for a given item.

Previews being visible is an excellent default to set - there are many reasons to want to be able to see previews of all kinds of things people post. Sometimes, however, individuals post images or videos whose previews I do not want to see, or do not want sitting on my screen available for others to see. Sometimes these are things that should be reported as violations of Guidelines or server rules or other such things - but even in such a case, the item remains visible until it is dealt with by the people whose job it is to deal with those reports. Sometimes these things are not strictly speaking violations, but are borderline, or are simply inconvenient or undesirable for other personal reasons; in many of these situations, one may not have the option to raise a fuss to mods, or may simply not want to be 'that person who makes a fuss about every little thing'. In situations like that, it would be useful to have the option to simply click something that says "Do not show me this specific thing." without having to turn off the in-general very useful and desirable Preview feature entirely. The poster of the thing need not even be made aware of this happening - it is purely a client-side choice on the part of the person viewing the image, much like whether or not they are seeing previews to begin with.

In the context of single text posts, the justification is similar - there are individuals whom one does not necessarily want to block or mute, but who occasionally post problematic things one might not want sitting on their screen, or to randomly see while scanning through backlog chat, for various personal reasons. Being able to Hide Text, such that only the person selecting that option cannot see the text they chose to hide, would permit individual users to sanitize their own experience to the degree they desire without bothering anyone else over it.
