How do I do 2FA without a phone?

So in my server, it says "This server requires members with moderation powers to have Two-Factor Authentication. You cannot take any moderation actions without it." After seeing this, I went to activate 2FA but I found out that you need a phone to setup 2FA. I don't have a phone, how do I get 2FA?
