Allow replying to a message in a separate channel.

The new replies feature is something that I have wanted for years, the only disappointing thing about it is that I can't reply to an announcement in a server, or reply to any message in a channel more suitable, it makes so much sense and it would be the icing on the cake for this fantastic feature.
