Can my account be unlocked.

I am forced to verify a phone number to regain access to my account. I do not have a phone. This is the third day of me posting here, with not a single helpful response. Ive been locked out since Saturday or Sunday. Whenever I try to access discord, i get the "Somethings going on here" message. Ive been using discord for the past few months for everything from talking to my friends, info on games I play, and just having people to talk to during the pandemic. Can anyone here help me out? Or does anyone know why some people get this message? Can I verify a phone, then remove it? And is there a way to delete my account without being able to access it?

Please excuse my rant, these past few says have been VERY frustrating.
