New default discord chat commands when? [Suggestion]

How about we get some new chat command features?
For example.

/roll d2 heads,tails

/choose Red,Green,Blue -Random choice based on user input

/flipcoin 50/50

d2 in this context is representing a die. And heads,tails can be an optional parameter.

/block [User#0000]

/pings on/off -Basically notifications

/rules -The idea for this one could be to immediately redirect to a set channel by a server owner. or redirect to discord terms/Guidelines

/open #Channel-Name -To make it easier for keyboard navigation

/message [User#0000] Navigates you from a server to direct messages if the user is also in the server

The primary reason I think this could be beneficial is just a quality of life feature. These types of commands are typical in IRC chats and I think it would be welcomed by the community to have more methods of navigation.
