Opening a Temporary Private Voice Channel without Mod/admin

let me give you a background first, I own a discord server that belongs to me and my friends, and some feature that I think could be very beneficial and useful is to let the members (specific roles that the admin would choose) open their own temporary private voice channel that they can modify to allow only certain people in. for example, I play Valheim (survival game) with my friends and I want to talk only to my friends that are also in my house so nobody can join the call and interfere, so I (as a normal member and not an admin/mod) can independently without the need of a mod or an admin, open one temporary voice channel that I can choose who is allowed to enter. in my opinion, the owner of the server should decide which roles can have this feature and which do not.
