Bigger file size limit

So i found a good vidoe its 15sec.

and its 7mb, but when i turn it into gif its up to 15mb.

and when i want to change my avatar into the gif, it tells me (File cannot be lager then 10240.0 kb)

so please change it into 15mb or more for those who has nitro.
