Emoji react problem
guys i got a small problem on my server... i blocked using emoji (react) to other people on a specific channel...for some reason people can react but only if there was already a reaction (from admin) they can react to this but they cant use other emoji..they just + that one what was already created... is this normal ? sorry for english
