How are there servers with more members than the maximum amount of members in a guild?

Hello

I've seen a few servers in the discovery section with more than 710 thousand members (the maximum amount of members in a server is about 700 thousand).

here's a list of some I've seen

1. Innersloth (among us) member count: 830k+
2. Geshin impact.  member count: 730k

  U can request member cap increase.
