Option for people with photosensitive epilepsy

So, a lot things in discord can trigger epilepsy seizure, gifs, animeted emoji and some videos, publishing by users, or overlay also can start flashing when someone start and stop talking, and other start and stop talking, 1Sometimes, photos and profile pictures on discord start flashes with no reason, please change the also (i saw this in server with 72 000 people, maybe because of it), sometimes profile pictures or photos in discord start flashes with no reason, or when a lot people fast add reaction to message, also, when i try to tag someone by using @ and is a lot people on server, and i start do delete my text also is start flashing, and this also happen when i write emoji by using :, but there is no warning about this. I think it will be good idea to add in options, something for people with photosensitive epilepsy, when someone have this option, this person will not see gifs, and emoji will be no animated, also, give possibility to mark video, as that can trigger epilepsy seizure (same ass mark something as spoiler), and then this video will not show to.people with epilepsji option, and it will be good, if this option will be on, after creating account
