You can make it as if whenever the particular gift is claimed the time and the person who claimed it will be shown so that we can know exactly by who and when it was claimed.
This can prevent us for falling in scams.

Would love to have a feature like this, in some cases for servers which like to show proof of purchase, being able to simply show the logs of such would be beneficial.

Need it too! Someone took a Classic Nitro gift that I shared on a server, without saying thanks. This is not the spirit of a Discord community. Disrespectful.
